Protecting you is a top priority. Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak in Canada and worldwide, our office is currently open and seeing patients on a limited schedule. This is in order to help with the healthcare efforts to minimize the spread of COVID-19.
Booking can be done through our online portal or by calling/texting us at 519-567-2888 and leaving a detailed message, including your name and phone number, preferred practitioner and preferred treatment date/time. You may also email us at email@example.com to get in contact with us.
If you or a loved one are experiencing the signs/symptoms of COVID-19, please call TELEHEALTH at 1-866-797-0000.
If you are entering our clinic for an appointment, we will be asking you the following questions:
Have you travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days? Have you been in close contact with a person who has a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19? Have you been in close contact with a person with acute respiratory illness, who has recently travelled outside Canada in the last 14 days before their symptoms started?
If you answer ‘yes’ to any of these questions, we will unfortunately be unable to treat you.
If you answer “no” to all of the above questions, we will ask that you either take sanitizer or wash your hands before entering the treatment room area.
